Samsung, a leading smartphone manufacturer, launched its flagship Galaxy S24 series earlier this year. Now, the company is preparing to introduce a new addition to this lineup, the highly anticipated Samsung Galaxy S24 FE. According to leaks, this upcoming device will offer many of the same features found in the premium models of the Galaxy S24 series.
Samsung has a tradition of launching a “Fan Edition” (FE) variant with its flagship series each year, and the Galaxy S24 FE has been the subject of much discussion for the past few months. Although Samsung has not officially shared any details about this phone, numerous leaks have revealed its key specifications and expected price.
Leaked Pricing Information
Earlier this week, rumors began circulating that the Galaxy S24 FE would be priced higher than its predecessor, the Galaxy S23 FE. Now, tipster Arsène Lupin has provided a more detailed update regarding its official pricing. According to Lupin, the 128GB variant of the Galaxy S24 FE is expected to be priced at €749, while the 256GB version could come in at €809. If these price points hold true, buyers will need to shell out more compared to the Galaxy S23 FE.
Additionally, Lupin has hinted that the Galaxy S24 FE will be available in Graphite, Yellow, Mint, and Blue color options.
Key Features and Specifications
The Samsung Galaxy S24 FE is rumored to feature a 6.7-inch AMOLED display with support for a 120Hz refresh rate, offering an improved viewing experience over its predecessor. For performance, the device is expected to be powered by the Exynos 2400 chipset, ensuring smooth operation and high efficiency.
In terms of the camera setup, the phone is said to share a similar configuration with the Galaxy S23 FE, boasting a 50MP + 8MP + 12MP triple camera system on the rear. The primary 50MP lens will come equipped with Optical Image Stabilization (OIS) for better image quality. On the front, it will feature a 10MP camera for selfies and video calls.
With these flagship-like features, the Samsung Galaxy S24 FE could be a compelling option for users looking for a premium smartphone experience at a slightly lower price point. However, official details from Samsung are still awaited.
